Congregation Etz Chayim

"Shvil Israel", the Israel National Trail, is a 1100km hiking trail that runs from Kibbutz Dan on the Lebanese-Israeli border to the pebbly shore of the Red Sea. Cassidy Craford thru-hiked the trail in late 2019 over the course of 7 weeks. Cassidy will share her experience, including how she prepared for the hike, what the best (and worst!) days of the trail were, and how the lessons she learned from the trail have informed her outlook on life and adventure (and connection to Israel and Judaism) in the years since.
