For children in Kindergarten and 1st Grade (and sometimes their grown-ups!) Parents and children explore and experience Jewish holidays, history, values, culture, prayer and more through many different avenues including stories, games, art, music and cooking.

Professor Liebman will discuss her book, The Art of the Jewish Family. In the book, she examines five objects owned by a diverse group of Jewish women who all lived in New York in the years between 1750 and 1850. These objects offer intimate and tangible views into the lives of Jewish American women from a range of statuses, beliefs, and lifestyles--both rich and poor, Sephardi and Ashkenazi, slaves and slave owner.

The Yiddish Choristers plan to sing again via Zoom. The group's virtual sing-alongs will rely on lead singers who know the songs well and can break them down for learners. Transliterated lyrics will be shown on the screen. Those replying in advance will receive the Zoom link on the morning of the sing-along.
