After training for over half a year on both sides of the continent, Henry Shane participated in the 2022 San Francisco to Los Angeles AIDS/Lifecycle Ride. With over 2,200 participants and 545 miles of riding, this event raised nearly $18 million. Henry will share why he chose to participate, how he trained, and what it was like to ride for hours alone and in community.

Join the new monthly virtual meditation group on the first Wednesday of the month at 2 pm. The first 45 min will include some teaching around a theme, a chant and a meditation. Afterwards we will have some time to share and connect. Come experience a variety of meditations and be part of a growing meditation community at Etz Chayim.
