Teen Chai (Grades 9-12) Exploring and Expanding My Jewish World
Our Teen Chai program is designed around the interests of our students. In 2025-26, we will offer two options. Each session is a stand-alone experience exploring and learning about Jewish values, traditions, culture, history, texts, and more. Activities will include cooking, text study, discussions, hands-on Tikkun Olam projects, art, music, and more.
9th-10th grade Sundayw 3:00-4:30 pm, twice a month, open to Etz Chayim teens and their friends.
11th-12th grade Sundays 12:30-2:00 pm, twice a month, open to Etz Chayim teens and their friends.
Tuition: $460 for Etz Chayim members, $500 for all others.
Madrichim: Students in 9th grade and above may also be interested in Madrichim, a teen leadership training program. Madrichim learn teaching skills and are given guidance in crafting and implementing creative ways of engaging younger students in Jewish learning and life.
