Name tags for Rosh HaShana are no longer available. You can still order for Yom Kippur. You may also stream the servcies here https://www.etzchayim.org/etz-chayim-streaming.html We are no longer mailing name tags. However, you can still order them!
To pick up your name tags and parking pass, please contact Xinru@etzchayim.org to schedule a pickup time at the office.
If you prefer to pick them up at the JCC, your name will be on the list at the security gate, so there should be no issues entering. Once inside, please go to the welcome table to collect your name tags. Please also plan to arrive 30 minutes earlier so you have enough time to get through security and pick up your name tags without feeling rushed.

Additional High Holy Days seating is available to Congregation Etz Chayim members whose membership commitment is current and who wish to spend the holidays with family and friends. Everyone must be preregistered to participate. It is too late to have your name tags mailed to you in time for Rosh HaShanah. Please call 650-813-9094 to make arrangements to pick your name tags up.
All services at the JCC are planned to be offered both in-person and online. Those who opt for in-person attendance will still receive virtual service information for all events and can attend in-person or online as they wish. Those who know they wish to attend solely virtually can select our online-only option. Online service information will be emailed to all registrants closer to services and events. Members do not need to register themselves in this form, as name tags are generated for them automatically. This form is just for the friends and family guests of current members.
It costs many thousands of dollars to hold our High Holy Days services at a venue big enough to accommodate everyone and to rent chairs for everyone, in addition to the equipment required for creating a meaningful online experience. We never want money to be a barrier to participating in any of our programs, but we really do need you to do what you can.
