These are the words of Elie Wiesel who passed away on July 2, 2016. This year's South Penninsula Service of Rememberance focuses on this great humanitarian, Nobel Prize winner, author and survivor of Auschwitz Birkenau and the Death March to Buchenwald. The ceremony will feature Wiesel's writings, as well as songs, music, prayer and artwork as a means of commemoration.
