We will be celebrating the month of Iyar. The theme will be “healing”. After the Exodus from Egypt, our freedom story is just beginning. We need time to heal and become whole in a new way. Sharon Fingold will share key concepts about joy from the book Joyful by Ingrid Fetell Lee that we can apply in our lives. We can find joy in our own spaces and in small moments, alone and with others. Some of the key concepts of joy we will think about: Play, magic, transcendence, renewal, celebration, energy, surprise, and harmony.
