Through the fun of facilitated conversation and experiential exercises,
discover how to get more mileage from your energy
for an enhanced peaceful and joyful life.
Rabbi Arthur Green reminds us that
“Simhah or ‘joy’ is the attitude toward life that Judaism seeks to instill.”
While Rabbi Jonathan Sacks writes of the “Deep Power of Joy,”
the supreme emotion of Judaism that celebrates the soul
through song and prayer and connectedness with others.
