This year Multifaith Voices for Peace & Justice (MVPJ) is organizing a "Peaceful Presence" Multifaith Prayer Gathering on Sept. 11, 7pm at Lytton Plaza in Palo Alto. We will share prayers, readings, music and rituals from diverse faith and spiritual traditions to call our community -- and our world -- to the paths of peace and justice.  This will be much simpler than the wonderful walk and picnic of 2016, but another chance to come together across religious backgrounds to say "no" to hatred, discrimination and violence, and "yes" to healing, reconciliation and solidarity with one another.
