When someone close to you is facing a challenge, it's easy to offer comfort and care. But when you're in distress, you're not as kind. Why? Come transform the negative self-chatter into words that more accurately reflect your experience. Through guided mindfulness meditation and compassionate reflective journaling, discover the kind voice that has the power to heal.
Kaveri Patel, DO is a family physician, poet, mother, meditation and reflective journaling instructor who thoroughly enjoys the crossroads of contemplation, creativity, and compassion. When she connects with her inner voice, she can hear the cries of all beings to be known, loved, safe, and happy.
