          Liberal Jews are trained to be critical thinkers, better at dissecting points of view than publicly upholding them. How can we find a way to believe, to stand for, to affirm ourselves, our traditions, and our strange mix of rituals that we all do and don't do? For that there is Immun/Affirmation, a class that has been going on all this year.

          So imagine yourself able to publicly affirm a Jewish tenet of belief and knowledgeably introduce our congregation to a part of our Siddur (prayerbook) which speaks about this belief.

          Join our Friday night service on May 16 to hear six of Etz Chayim's High School congregants who stuck with this year-long exploration of Jewish thought and deed make inspirational adult Jewish affirmations.
