Anti-Semitism: Myths, Questions and Insights on the World's Oldest Hatred

Anti-Semitism is called the world’s oldest hatred. But what is it exactly? Where did it start? What is the state of anti-Semitism today? And, what can we do about it?

Vlad Khaykin, Associate Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League will explore questions, dispel myths and provide insights into this pernicious phenomenon.  He will reveal key findings from the ADL Global 100, the landmark study of anti-Semitism conducted in over 100 countries and 96 languages worldwide.

Vlad Khaykin’s Bio:

Vlad Khaykin serves as the Associate Director of the Central Pacific Region of the Anti-Defamation League and the Director of its International Affairs Committee. Vlad holds advanced degrees in Near Eastern & Judaic studies and Non-Profit Management from Brandeis University,where he was awarded the Genesis Fellowship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Born in the Soviet Union, Vlad immigrated to the United States as a Soviet-Jewish refugee and was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining ADL, Vlad served as the Assistant Director of Communications and Advocacy for American Jewish Committee in Philadelphia.
