Etz Chayim is co-sponsoring with AJWS and Congregation Beth Am on Thursday, March 27, a screening and discussion of Girl Rising, a film that spotlights remarkable stories of girls around the world overcoming nearly insurmountable odds to achieve their dreams. AJWS President Ruth Messinger will be joining us from New York to speak about AJWS’s new advocacy campaign, We Believe, and the work AJWS is doing to support women and girls around the world.
