Palestinian peace activist Rami Aman, founder of the Gaza Youth Committee–part of the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP).  will join in a Zoom conversation with Etzniks.   Rami will speak about his work fostering connections between Israelis and Palestinians in Gaza since 2010 through dialogue, education, and culture across a  range of initiatives—from organizing green campaigns to “Clean Up Hate,” collaborations between students in Israel and Gaza involving theater and music, the “Freedom Peace Bike Riding Initiative” with partners in S’derot and Be’eri, protests against Hamas, and (most recently in 2025) a joint campaign with bereaved Jewish and Palestinian families in collaboration with the Standing Together movement in Israel. Rami will also reflect on what has sustained his commitment to peace and reconciliation in the wake of October 7 and the ongoing war in Gaza.
