6th Annual Potluck AdventurEtz Yom Kippur Break-the-Fast

This year we are doing something different. After many years of enjoying the gracious hospitality of Steve and Emily Branz, we are moving the AdventurEtz  Break-the-Fast to Etz Chayim on Alma in the Doubletree Room. 

As usual families and children welcome. 

Please RSVP to Jessica Bernhardt at jessicaquilt@gmail.com so we will know how many people to expect. This invitation is just for the AdventurEtz group and their families, and NOT the entire congregation as we don't have room for everyone in the Doubletree room. We simply don't have the space to expand beyond our group.  Thanks for your understanding.

Please let Jessica know what you plan to bring so we'll be able to insure a nice balance of MOSTLY salads and side dishes, with VERY FEW desserts, etc. (diary please). She'll provide the lox but we need:

Bagels & cream cheese for about 25 to 30 people (one person doesn't have to do all this, just let me know how much you can bring)

Soup

Multiple vegetarian dishes with or without dairy 

Fish salads 

Salads

Desserts

Drinks (fizzy water, juices, sodas)

Volunteers needed for set-up and clean up. The room will already have the furniture set-up, tables, chairs, etc.

Please let me know if you can help set-up. We can set up on Friday.
